Client: Student Project

Challenge: To create a short animation about an old fairy tale story

Description: For this animation project, I decided to pick the classic fairy tale story of The Little Red Riding Hood. I created the characters and made them quite simple yet exaggerated their most iconic features, such as making the Wolf extra tall and Little Red Riding Hood be mostly covered by her red cape. To match the overall style, I made the background elements fairly simple, mainly relying on color and value to create depth. It was fun to explore ways of how each character posed or reacted, adding sound effects to further emphasize them.
